Marko Rudolf

As a development associate, I take care of the smooth running of IT operations (business support, Microsoft 365 solutions, networking and hardware). At the same time, I am actively involved in the introduction of digitalisation in the Institute's operations, both in defining business processes and in the introduction of document and other support systems.

With more than 25 years of experience in the IT field, I have extensive experience in the introduction and use of various IT and business support technologies. I have passed the ISO 9001 Internal Auditor exam and have ITIL certification.

I am involved in the process of material procurement, Industry 4.0/5.0 solutions and the use of artificial intelligence.
