Assoc. Prof. Dr. Blaž Rodič

I am a Senior Research Fellow at the Rudolfovo - Science and Technology Centre Novo mesto. I graduated at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana and obtained my PhD at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Maribor, where I studied systems theory and cybernetics under Dr. Miroljub Kljajić, one of the pioneers of this field in Slovenia.  I have participated in several national and international research and development projects. 

My scientific research focuses on the development of simulation models of social and organisational systems using methodologies such as System Dynamics (SD), Discrete Event Simulation (DES) and Agent-Based Modelling (ABM), and on the development of decision support systems using Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) methods.
