Last week, we were visited by a leading Serbian research group in the field of computer graphics.
Prof. Dr. Ratko Obradovic and Assoc. Prof. Dr Ivana Vasiljević, and PhD students Milan Miščević and Aleksandra Bobić from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad joined us to explore the possibilities of collaboration in the fields of photogrammetry, 3D scanning and network optimisation, and virtual and augmented reality, where their work is truly fascinating.
Associate Professor Dr. Ivana Vasiljević conducted a seminar for us entitled "Protection of digital content: Application of Non-Contact Methods for 3D Digitization of Sculpture and Watermark Embedding", while Prof. Dr. Ratko Obradović presented his work entitled "The Methodology of Virtualizing Sculptures: A Case Study of the Virtual Depot of the Gallery of Matica Srpska".
