{Rudolfovo - Science and Technology Centre Novo mesto invites you to attend the scientific seminar "Deep Learning for Earth Observation", presented by Filip Wolf.
The seminar will take place on Thursday, 24 October 2024, at 10:00 in Room K01 of the Novo mesto Development Centre.
Summary:
"With the increasing amounts of freely available Earth observation data and the multitude of tasks waiting to be solved, deep learning has emerged as a perfect candidate to exploit these opportunities. More specifically, in the absence of large amounts of labelled satellite imagery, self-supervised learning methods have started to be applied in this field. I will briefly explain this area of research and then present my ongoing work."
