First meeting of the whole consortium of the "sadjAR" project


Launch of the innovative project "Augmented reality in fruit and vegetable production (sadjAR)"


On Wednesday, 31 January 2024, the first meeting of the whole consortium of the innovative project combining traditional agriculture with a new technology - the use of Augmented Reality (AR) - took place at the headquarters of the partner {Rudolfovo: "Augmented Reality in Fruit and Vegetable Production (sadjAR)".


The project, supported by partners such as SLOKVA, Institute for the Development of Untapped Potential, Marko Judež Farm, Blaž Radej Farm, Karlovček Farm, Jožica Kastelic Farm, Mitja Omerzel Farm, Grm Novo mesto College of Rural Management, Solos d.o.o., brings innovative solutions to improve the communication between farmers and agricultural advisors.


With the help of AR technology we want to bring modern approaches closer to all farmers who need additional guidance or knowledge. This will be made possible either through an agricultural advisor through AR glasses in the field or through video guides available online.

The meeting was an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, introduce the project team and set guidelines for further cooperation.
