Laboratory for Extended Reality

The Laboratory for Extended Reality (XR) is an advanced and high-tech laboratory that combines the latest equipment in the field of artificial reality.

This equipment allows work in a wide range of digital worlds, including virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), mixed reality (MR) and extended reality (XR).

The {LabX portfolio uses cuttingedge equipment such as Meta Quest 3, Index Valve, Microsoft Hololens 2, Varjo XR-3 and others to realistically recreate different digital worlds.

The Ricoh Theta X camera, which offers 360-degree image capture, also helps us create virtual environments. An even more authentic experience of virtual worlds is provided by the Cyberith Virtualizer Elite 2 walking platform, the Senseglove Nova and Bhaptics Tactgloves haptic gloves for simulating grip on virtual objects, and the high-tech Tesla Suit, which allows us to create haptic responses to virtual object worlds and measuring body functions. In addition, we use Emotiv Epoc X mobile EEG sensors to measure brain activity.

This equipment is designed for industrial use, as well as for scientific and research purposes. With a comprehensive set of advanced tools and technologies, it is a platform for developing innovative applications, exploring new areas and creating groundbreaking solutions in the world of extended reality.
